All orders are shipped within 2 working days (48 Hrs) after placing your order.
Orders that are placed over the weekend (Sat & Sun) - these orders will be shipped on the next available working day (ie: Mon)
Bank Holidays will affect the shipment of orders over these special weekend periods and will be shipped on the next available working day (ie: Tues).
Items listed as 'pre-order' with an expected arrival date will be posted asap once they arrive in stock.
The Customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and will be confirmed at checkout for you. Goods are always sent out tracked unless otherwise requested. *Please note: it is the responsibility of you the customer to pay any extra customs duties or charges for your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays with couriers that are out of our hands. Didi Inspired do not pre-pay IOSS charges and there may be a customs charge to pay on receiving your item.
