Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 1 working day (24 Hrs) after placing your order, If orders are received before 1pm they are dispatched on the same working day.

Orders that are placed over the weekend (Sat & Sun), These orders will be shipped on the next available working day (i.e Mon)

Bank Holidays will affect the shipment of orders over these special weekend periods and will be shipped on the next available working day (i.e Tues).

The Customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

UK POSTAGE

We offer a few different postal options for your convenience, they are:- Standard Delivery £3.95 1st Class Delivery £4.50, 48 hour Tracked £5.50, 24 hour Tracked £6.15, Next Day Delivery £7.99 if order is placed by 1pm.

Orders over £50.00 Qualify for FREE Postage in the UK.

EUROPE

Orders to European countries are based on weight and so therefore offering really competitive prices according to the goods you buy. Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days from date of dispatch to arrive. There is an option to send the goods tracked and signed.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders to the Rest of the World are based on weight and so therefore offering really competitive prices according to the goods you buy. Deliveries take 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch to arrive. There is an option to send the goods tracked and signed.

 RETURNS

Before any item is returned please contact our Help desk at enquiries@didiinspired.com or Telephone 07936851207, in case we may be able to solve your query without returning.  We will provide a return slip for items we deem acceptable for returning.  If the item you bought is unwanted and you changed your mind then the return postage must be paid by the customer.  

We are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges on all items, excluding any item that is sold as a blind box item, unless it is unopened/damaged.  

All items that are required to be returned must arrive at our warehouse with its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

The items that are required to be returned have a 30 day returns policy from the date purchased.

Returns will be processed via the same payment method that was originally used to process the initial payment.
