Placing an Order When placing an order Didi Inspired Gifts and Toys accept orders via our secure website or by phoning 07936 851207 to order and send a cheque (In English Pounds only). Or also by emailing order at sales@didiinspired.com. Before checking out you will be given the ability to confirm your order is correct, once confirmed your order will be processed and you will be sent a dispatch email with details of ordered goods an delivery option you have chosen. If there is something not quite right please get in touch by calling 07936 851207 immediately so we may rectify before dispatch. You can call or email if wanting to check on your order status. Delivery information is available on a separate page. Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, it is from that point we believe that the purchase contract to be made.Should you wish to cancel or change your order before dispatch please get in touch immediately to advise, this will be without charge. After dispatch you will be asked to pay the return postage. We also accept payments also with PayPal, payments initially being accepted in GBP Pounds Sterling. All names, address, email and payment information is encrypted and kept private without any being passed to third parties Products and Description Didi Inspired Gifts and Toys pride ourselves on integrity and make every effort to ensure all products displayed on our website are described and priced accurately, though occasionally a price shown may only be a guide price dependant upon product requirements. Very occasionally a product may differ from the one shown on the website which we will contact and discuss this with you should this happen. All products shown on then website are subject to availability and whilst we strive to ensure sufficient stock levels occasionally we will need to place on "back order" or offer an alternative product/full refund. Declining an Order We are not under any requirement to accept an order. The occasions in which we would not process an order are for example:- Ordered item not in stock, Unsuccessful payment, Error in product or pricing found, We do not believe the purchase to be genuine or any other criteria as stated where terms and condition are not being met.
