These Sleeping Flower Elves come in beautifully decorated boxes illustrated with scenes of all the Flower Elves you can collect. Every figure has individual quirky adorable features and is decorated in a fantastical manner, more beautiful than you can imagine. Some have wings or head-dresses to attach as separate pieces so there is protective packaging around each delicate figure to ensure they arrive in tip-top condition. Each Elf has gorgeous detailing with vibrant and complementary colours. The Elves are all curled up peacefully dreaming, so cute! Every Elf has a discrete copyright stamp to prove authenticity. All the Sleeping Elves are so special, every one could easily be considered one of the hidden secret designs! 

  DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 2 working days (48 Hrs) after placing your order (usually same day)

Orders that are placed over the weekend (Fri pm, Sat & Sun) - these orders will be shipped on the next available working day (ie: Mon)

Bank Holidays will affect the shipment of orders over these special weekend periods and will be shipped on the next available working day (ie: Tues).

Items listed as 'pre-order' with an expected arrival date will be posted asap once they arrive in stock.

The Customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and will be confirmed at checkout for you. Goods are always sent out tracked unless otherwise requested. *Please note: it is the responsibility of you the customer to pay any extra customs duties or charges for your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays with couriers that are out of our hands. Didi Inspired do not pre-pay IOSS charges and there may be a customs charge to pay on receiving your item. From 1 January 2021 the UK is no longer a member of the EU. If you buy goods from the UK after this date you may have to pay Customs Duties and import tax. Buyers are responsible for any extra customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs tariffs when exporting from the UK to any EU country since Brexit depend upon the country of import – please check your local regulations and procedures.

Please allow extra time for deliveries – although we dispatch goods promptly on receiving your order, the additional time added for goods to clear customs will have an impact on normal delivery times. RETURNS

Before any item is returned please contact our Help Desk at enquiries@didiinspired.com or Telephone 07936851207 in case we may be able to solve your query without returning.  We will provide a return slip for items we deem acceptable for returning.  If the item you bought is unwanted and you changed your mind then the return postage must be paid by the customer.  

We are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges on all items, excluding any item that is sold as a blind box item, unless it is opened/damaged.  

All items that are required to be returned must arrive at our warehouse with its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

The items that are required to be returned have a 30 day returns policy from the date purchased. During the Christmas holiday season the returns window is extended to the end of January, so that any presents opened on Christmas Day can be returned to us if necessary within the allowed timeframe. 

Returns will be processed via the same payment method that was originally used to process the initial payment.
